The Indian government
is doing its best to promote health
services for the needy and poor. Much
of India's population below the poverty
line and so you can easily make out
that it is not possible for them to
pay the costs of treating high private-sector
health organizations and hospitals.
Effective health systems must be put
in place to help them. Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid services in
India are there to provide cost-effective
solutions to different types of risks
to health. And when we talk about
the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
services, we must always emphasize
the role of major health centres in
India. In fact, the government is
also trying to add new benefits of
primary health care centres in order
to promote health facilities for the
poor.
Main health care centres should be
scientifically valid and provide treatment
facilities to the community they serve.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
services operate in a limited geographical
area and therefore, their services
are very community-based services.
These centres are very inexpensive
that you'll get medical services at
subsidized prices. These centres are
supported financially by the government
and aid as a result, the cost of treatment
is not as high as in the case of private
hospitals. The main health care systems
mainly deal with epidemics and other
causes of premature death as respiratory
and cardiovascular complications.
In India, fertility, morbidity and
mortality are very high. Low income
and population explosion are considered
the main causes of the epidemic among
risks to the health of the rural population
in India, but we can not really ignore
the importance of the Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid Services in
India as far as dealing with the risks
to the health of rural people are
concerned. These centers serve as
a main link between individuals and
the national health system. Unfortunately,
most major health care centres in
India are not well equipped to cope
with the severity of patients. If
patients have to travel to cities
for better treatment of all time,
then what is the need for the establishment
of new health centres?
These centres do not have medical
resources and for this reason that
rural people are forced to travel
to hospitals in the city despite the
fact that the city's hospitals dearly
for them. The infrastructure in some
of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
services are so poor that no qualified
doctors want to serve. The Indian
government has failed to meet the
enormous gap between the target and
the actual condition. The budget sanctioned
for drugs at these centres is too
inadequate as regards the number of
patients. Thus, the overall picture
of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services is indeed pathetic if the
government is gradually trying to
establish new plans on this issue.
